Seka Spear RDC - Faster than an aero frameset!

Ultralight weighing only 685 grams for the raw size M, shaving off 6 Watts of wind resistance compared to the SEKA Exceed and featuring the new Wind Eye design for improved aerodynamics.

The Spear is available in five regular geometry sizes and two racing geometry sizes featuring a longer reach and a lower stack. UCI Approved and ready for all your official events.

Every frameset includes the brand new SEKA Rapier, a fully integrated carbon handlebar weighing only 310 grams and available in 19 sizes to fit to your preference!

Tried and Tested
With the help of the AeroCoach team the new SEKA Spear RDC has been tested in the wind tunnel of the Silverstone Sporting Hub in the United Kingdom. Thanks to rigorous testing the Spear has been optimized in regards to aerodynamics and being ultra lightweight.

Not only is the SEKA Spear more aerodynamic than its predecessor the SEKA Exceed by saving 6 Watts, it also outperforms the Specialized Tarmac SL8 in the controlled testing facility!

Wind Eye Design
The new unique Wind Eye developed by the SEKA team further helps the Spear to stand out and outperform their competitors. The Wind Eye shaves another 2.66 Watts at 40 kilometers an hour compared to frames without the design. It also helps reduce vibrations on your adventures delivering a more comfortable riding experience.

Impressive Weight
Spear offers two versions of the frameset: the Standard and the RDC (Lightweight edition). The RDC uses more advanced materials and a more refined layup process, allowing it to achieve higher stiffness while also delivering a lower overall weight.

The Spear RDC achieves an incredible weight with only 685 grams for the raw size M. 350 pieces of carbon fiber cloth are cut to fit their unique purpose. After many iterations the SEKA team found that the combination of TeXtreme and Pitch-based ultra-high modulus carbon fiber resulted in the best result.

True-One-Piece Molding Technology
Compared to traditional frame manufacturing process, where tubes are produced from 3 or 2 molds and then glued together, the True-one-piece molding technology uses one mold to form a complete frame. This avoids the gluing of parts together, significantly enhancing the overall stability of the frame. In addition, by reducing the tube stacking of glued parts, each Spear’s weight is reduced by 25g compared to traditional molding methods.

5+2 Non-linear Geometry
With 5 standard sizes, 2 Racing sizes, 19 sizes handlebars, and 2 sizes seatposts. We ensure that most riders have at least 2-3 size options to accommodate different riding positions and styles.

SEKA Rapier Fully Integrated Handlebar (Included with the frameset!)
This is one of the thinnest handlebars available on the market, crafted using True-One-Piece Molding Technology. Not only is it fast, grip feel is also top-notch. Every curve and angle is meticulously consistent. Developed with CFD and verified in wind tunnel tests, every line and shape reflects precise design considerations and Hundreds of thousands of tests. With handlebar widths ranging from 360mm to 415mm and stem lengths from 80mm to 130mm, the lower flared handlebar design provides a better grip for sprinting.19 sizes to choose from freely, it helps you achieve the perfect fitting posture.
