What is WOW's Cancellation Policy?

At WOW, we do not accept order cancellations. Once you place an order, it will be shipped. However order cancellation request received before shipping can be accepted with 2% cancellation fees and balance amount will be issued in form of store credit.

What is WOW's 7 days Return/Exchange Policy? How does it work?

You can return/exchange products purchased from WOW within 7 calender days from the date of delivery. We also accept partial return/exchange so that you can raise a return/exchange request for one or other products. Our return/exchange service is absolutely free.

A product will be eligible for return/exchange if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  • Is delivered in a physically damaged condition;
  • Has missing parts or accessories;
  • Is different from what was ordered

In case of size or fit issue, a product will be eligible only for exchange (no return) provided it was ordered from our stocks in India. If the desired size is not available in our stock, you will get store credit. In case any item is supplied from our Global Store (i.e. where product is not stocked in our warehouse in India but is arranged from our supplier global warehouse against your specific order), it will not be eligible for exchange.

Note - During any promotion, sale or festival offers, above standard Return/Exchange Policy shall not be applicable. Kindly check the Return/Exchange policy applicable during that period before placing your orders.

In case you receive the product in physically damaged condition, WOW should be notified within 24 hours of receipt of product. We might request you to share snap shot at

Products ordered from our Global Store (i.e. where product is not stocked in our warehouse but is arranged from our supplier's global warehouse against your specific order) can be returned only in case of delivery in damaged condition, missing parts or is different from what was ordered. Size or fit issue will not be accepted as a reason for return in such a case.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, all products must be returned in their original unused condition, with price tags and original invoice intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.

Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety. Delivery/COD charges, if any, levied on product being returned, will be eligible for refund.

To return/exchange a product to WOW, please follow these steps:
  • Create a 'Return/Exchange Request' under “My Orders” section of Website. Follow the screens that come up after tapping on the 'Return’ button. Please make a note of the Return ID that we generate at the end of the process. Keep the product ready for pick up or ship it to us basis on the return mode
  • We offer pick-up facility in selected locations basis our courier serviceability.
  • If reverse pick-up option is not available at your location you can self-ship the product to us

Pick-up: If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product in a packet and the product must be unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Keep the packet ready and open to expedite the return pickup. Our staff may initially examine the product at the time of pickup and a further quality check of the product will be conducted at our Returns Desk. 

Self-ship: In case your area pin code is not eligible for “Pick-up” mode then, please self-ship the product to our return desk. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused, unwashed and all the tags are intact. Also, please mention Order No and Return id on a piece of paper and place it in the packet. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse. Usually, it takes 6-8 working days for returned item to reach our warehouse. At any time, you can track the status of your return request in your account on our website.

For all self-shipped returns as per above, you will be duly reimbursed the fixed shipping costs of Rs. 100, provided your returns are duly accepted and successfully processed upon receipt at our end.

How do I return/exchange multiple products from a single order?

If you are returning multiple products from a single order then, you will receive a separate Return ID via e-mail for each item. If you are self-shipping the products, you can ship all the products in a single shipment. Please mention the Return IDs for all the products on a single sheet of paper and place it inside the packet. If mode of return is Pickup, our courier person will pick up the products from the pickup address.

Why did the pickup of my product fail?

We make three attempts to pick up the product. If the product is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. You can initiate a new return request, if product meets the return criteria and is within 7 Calender days from the date of delivery. For more details, please call our customer care.

Why has my return/exchange been put on hold?

At the time of creating a return/exchange, customers are requested to confirm (via a check box click) that the product being returned is unused with original tags intact. At the time of pickup, if the above conditions are not found to be met, your return may be put on hold pending further clarification with our Return Desk.

Why has my return/exchange request been declined?

This may have happened, if the product you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. For more details, please call our customer care.

What will be the time limit and mode of Refund/Exchange?

Upon successful receipt of returned product in our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation email. Usually it takes 6-8 working days for returned product to reach our warehouse. The mode of refund will depend on the mode of payment used at the time of placing the order. In the event you used multiple modes of payment, your refund may be issued across all payment methods used. Refer the table below for detailed understanding-

Please note, WOW initiates the refund/exchange upon successful quality check at its end. Therefore, the refund/exchange initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the returned product to WOW warehouse (ususally 6-8 working days). In case of any refund discrepancies, WOW may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.
