Developed following aerodynamic principles. The thickness of Rapier’s stem is only 33mm, which is reduced by 35% compared to common handlebar stems. The thin stem also reduces frontal area of the bike and total air drag.

We rounded out every edge to make it feel really smooth and minimize its drag coefficiency. The vertical thickness is only 15mm. It will be hard to find a handlebar thinner than this.

RAPIER implements three materials with a relatively high proportion: Mitsubishi 30T, 40T, and Toray M40X. These materials have excellent Tensile Strength. This means lighter weight, smarter stacking layers, and consistent product performance.
