Seka ExAero RDC - Speed isn't just about the wind tunnel.
Road racing is never decided by aerodynamics alone. Attacks, drafting, sprints, climbs, descents and high-speed corners constantly change the race. As fatigue builds, response, stability and control define every decision and the final result. ExAero balances aerodynamics, weight, torsional stiffness, handling feedback and vertical compliance as a system, delivering higher efficiency, more direct response and stable, consistent performance across race conditions.
The lowest drag doesn't mean every sprint is quicker. The lightest weight doesn't mean every pedal stroke is crisper. And the highest stiffness doesn't mean you'll stay composed and in control after a hundred kilometers. Aerodynamics, weight, stiffness, handling, and compliance are intrinsically linked. Push any one to its extreme, and the price is often paid by another.
ExAero doesn't chase the biggest number on any single spec sheet. Its sole purpose is to align every number toward one outcome: HIGHER SYSTEM EFFICIENCY.
Two cockpit options, each available in 19 sizes.
The Gladius is available in both standard and ALTA riser versions, with both featuring a full one-piece molding construction. The ALTA riser version increases Stack by 25 mm while retaining exactly the same Reach. Compared to the standard Gladius, the Gladius ALTA offers an alternative pathway to achieving the identical riding position.
ExAero MAG
Positioned precisely where the front-wheel wake transitions into the down tube and seat tube zones, this isn’t just a bottle cage — it’s an aerodynamic component. Traditional round bottles are simply attached to the frame. The MAG, by contrast, is engineered to actively guide and condition the airflow through this critical area. Compared to two conventional round bottles (Ø74 mm diameter), the dual MAG system lowers weighted CdA by 0.0047 m² — equivalent to a power saving of approximately 5.49 watts.
The ExAero MAG bottle system is sold separately and is not included with the frameset.
Start with 3.68W Saving Vs Spear
ExAero’s aero development was never just about the frame. The frame, fork, cockpit, and MAG bottles all share the same airflow — and must be tested as a complete system.
ExAero + standard Gladius + dual MAG VS. Spear + aero bottle cages + standard round bottles
Weighted CdA: −0.00314 m². Power saved: ~3.68 W
(Wind tunnel testing at 45 km/h. For detailed methodology and parameter settings, please refer to the ExAero White Paper)
Now. Integrate the Alta into the Aero System
With the MAG already managing the bike's airflow, the ALTA takes it further. It enables riders to size down to a smaller frame-while preserving their exact contact points and target riding position- further tightening the frontal area of the frame and cockpit.
With dual round bottles, the ExAero size 52+ ALTA saves 6.14 W over the Spear. Swap to dual MAG on the same ExAero, and that's another 5.49 W saved. The complete ExAero rider-bike system delivers a 0.00992 m2 drop in weighted CA-equivalent to a saving of 11.63 W (at 45 km/h).
Our approach: clean up the airflow around the bike, then reconfigure the rider-bike interface, and finally bring both optimization pathways together within one complete, fully validated system.
Wind Eye - More Than a Shape - It's a Structure
The open WindEye configuration provides lateral support during pedaling, while retaining controlled deformation when absorbing road impacts. At the same time, it conditions the airflow between the seat tube and the rear wheel.
With up to 16 mm of vertical seatpost deflection, it enhances vibration damping without compromising pedaling stiffness, delivering improved comfort and stability over long distances. More consistent power transfer, a more composed ride feel, and cleaner airflow. WindEye has long proven that stiffness, compliance, and aerodynamics don't have to compromise each other.
Weight in Check. Stiffness Uncompromised.
Weight reduction has always been one of SEKA’s core design considerations. However, we never pursue low weight at the expense of overall performance.
As an aerodynamic road bike, ExAero first establishes its form around complete airflow management, then defines structural boundaries through stiffness, strength, and impact resistance. By preserving effective load-bearing structures, combined with advanced materials and targeted layup strategies, every gram is placed where it contributes to real performance. Ultimately, aerodynamics, structural performance, and weight are balanced within one complete system.
ExAero RDC: 820g
ExAero : 935g
*Weight excludes paint and hardware. Based on a size 54 unpainted frameset: ±35 g. Weight varies depending on paint finish.
Seven Sizes. One Consistent Character.
ExAero spans seven linear sizes to fit riders of varying stature and riding positions. Trail is scaled progressively, tapering from roughly 70.5 mm to 54 mm as the frame grows. Chainstays are fixed at 408 mm across the range, ensuring a uniform pedaling platform, while BB drop and wheelbase are adapted in harmony with each size.
The objective isn’t to make each size identical in numbers — it’s to make each size feel virtually identical in steering feedback, snap, and high-speed composure.
Every size should ride like the very same ExAero.

Warranty Terms
SEKA offers a tiered limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for products purchased directly from SEKA or from authorized distributors & retailers:
Greater Frontal Area, Yet Lower CdA
Narrower tube shapes reduce frontal area. But over-compress those critical cross-sections, and the need to preserve stiffness forces you to add material — and the cost is always weight and responsiveness.
ExAero retains effective cross-sections in critical load-bearing zones for more direct load transfer, while the coordinated shaping of the head tube, fork crown, down tube, and handlebar assembly reorganizes the front-end airflow.
Because aerodynamic drag isn’t determined by frontal area (A) alone — it’s equally about how the air travels over and around the entire bike.
In the end, ExAero’s frontal area increases by approximately 4.13%, yet the overall system CdA still decreases.
Every Material, Placed with Purpose - T1100 + M46J
T1100 handles the high-stress zones, while M46J high-modulus carbon fiber controls deformation. Material grades are not the goal. The goal is using less material to build more effective support.
Compared to the Spear, the ExAero delivers a 21.2% increase in front-end stiffness and a 7.6% increase in rear-end stiffness. Overall torsional stiffness rises from 367 to 416-a 13.4% improvement.
True-One-Piece Molding Technology
Traditional segmented construction relies on secondary bonding at joints- connections that break what should be continuous load paths.
ExAero stays true to full one-piece molding, with continuous carbon fibers flowing across the head tube, bottom bracket, and rear junctions. This eliminates splices and adhesives where they matter most, preserving uninterrupted load transfer. Pedaling forces no longer have to re-route through glued interfaces. The result? A structural response that is more direct, more complete, and more responsive.
UDH - Standardized. Serviceable.
The UDH standard simplifies sourcing and replacing hanger spares, while providing a mounting foundation for drivetrains that are compatible with the UDH standard.
SEKA
SEKA is a high-performance bicycle brand celebrated for challenging legacy European and American manufacturers with aerodynamic, ultra-lightweight, and value-driven carbon fiber road bikes.
Founded in China, SEKA operates with a focus on engineering precision, utilizing CFD and wind tunnel data to develop proprietary frame designs rather than relying on open molds. By skipping mass-market "open molds," SEKA designs proprietary frames that rival World Tour-level bikes at a much more accessible price point. The name SEKA translates to "specialized and precise". SEKA collaborate directly with professional athletes and experienced bike fitters to optimize geometry and stiffness. SEKA is committed to providing you with excellent bicycles and customer support, driven by superior design and continuous technological innovation.
